We talk with a leader and new entrepreneur today who has one of the biggest hearts around. Tom Neary, better known around here as "Donut Tom", joins us from Savanna, GA. He is connecting the art of donut making with how to inspire young dads to faithful fatherhood. We talk about how he is playing the long road on his journey from a cottage food license to a food truck to eventually a physical location. Tom and his family have a passion not just for donuts but for connecting with fathers as early as possible to inspire them to show up for their kids. Chris and Jason also talk about the Leader Mirror by asking the question, "what's it like being on the other side of me?"
